Operation Cross Cultural Evangelism (OCCE) is designed to assist local churches and pastors with the endeavor of building multicultural congregations. We understand that persons coming from a non-spiritual perspective more than likely will only congregate and identify with people similar to them. With this in mind, OCCE is partnering with Keith Fletcher, Louisiana District Evangelist Coordinator, to identify diverse evangelists and pastors from all backgrounds and experiences that can assist local churches with multicultural outreach and ministry.
Identifying with leadership and ministry similar to themselves will not only make potential church members comfortable with visiting our churches, but will also help them open their hearts to receive the born again experience promised to all God’s children. |

The world is waiting for the church to be the example for what harmony looks like. It is our vision that OCCE will be a tool used by local pastors to fulfill God’s will of reaching “The Whole World with the Whole Gospel”.
These Evangelists will utilize current approaches tailored toward a specific audience that will engage in a ministry of reconciliation to promote cultural growth and unity by going into a community to outreach as well as preach the gospel to your local Assembly.
